How do I put in my order
Right now we are taking orders the old fashioned way. Write down what you want and what store you want it from and we will shop. If you want some other type of order, send us an email telling us what you want done and any specifics. We are working on a form to make it simpler and more streamlined. Stay tuned!
How do I pay
Goods 2 Go accepts cash, credit/debit cards, venmo
When do I pay
For accompanied errands, payment is expected at the time you are dropped off at your final destination. An invoice will be provided detailing the time and mileage.
For unaccompanied errands, payment is expected at the time any goods are delivered.
Can you bill me
No, payment is expected at the time you are dropped off for accompanied errands and at the time of delivery for shopping orders.
For errands where an item is being picked up from you to be dropped off somewhere else, payment is expected at the time of pick up
What if I want the goods delivered to someone else
Payment can be made ahead of time by cash or credit and will include an extra stop fee to come to your home to collect this. Or you can pay at the time of delivery of the goods to the recipient using venmo. Goods will not be delivered until payment is received.
When do I pay for errands that don't include any purchases
If we need to pick something up from you to be delivered elsewhere, the first stop will be your house. All stops will have mileage already determined and, since the last stop will not be at your house, payment is expected at the time of pick up.
If all of your errands are picking up prepaid items and delivering them to you, payment is expected at the time of delivery

If some of your stops include picking up items that we will be delivering to you and some involve picking up items from you to be delivered elsewhere, payment is expected at the time of drop off of any items being delivered to you (which is also usually the time we pick up the items from you to deliver elsewhere)
Do I have to be home when you deliver my order
Not necessarily. All orders that have items being delivered to you must be paid for at the time your order is delivered. If you are not home, you can pay using venmo and the order will be left according to your instructions
Orders that are picking up something to be delivered elsewhere can be prepaid using venmo or cash payment can be left with item(s) being picked up. Be sure to leave in safe area, as we cannot be responsible for payment being stolen prior to our arrival
Why do I have to place my order the day before
We are a small company and want to provide our service to as many people as need or want us. Scheduling ahead allows us to be more efficient and keep costs lower for our customers. It allows us to inform customers when their accompanied errands will start, which allows them time to prepare and be ready for us when we arrive. It also decreases the likelihood that we would need to reschedule to accommodate other errands as they come in. And it allows us to give a smaller time window for when customers can expect their goods from unaccompanied errands to be delivered.
Can I have an order delivered on the same day I place it
Possibly. For an additional fee we may be able to expedite an order if there is room on the schedule. Some ways to make it more likely that we can fit in you order are:

place order as early in he day as possible

be flexible in which store is shopped

be flexible in delivery time or use venmo to allow us to drop off order if you are not home

Can I schedule accompanied errands for the same day
Possibly. For an additional fee we may be able to expedite your errand(s) if there is room on the schedule. Some ways to make it more likely that we can fit in your errands are:

Inquire about adding your errands to our schedule as early in the day as possible

Be flexible in the timing

No timed appointments or errands

Have few stops (1-3)

Short stops (no monthly grocery shopping)
How is mileage calculated
For unaccompanied errands we use Google maps and select the most direct routes between stops to calculate mileage.
For accompanied errands, we use the car's trip meter.
What happens if I have to cancel my scheduled errands
For unaccompanied errands, there is no cancellation fee if you need to cancel. All we ask is that you give us as much notice as you can.
For accompanied errands, there is no cancellation fee if the errands are cancelled by 6 pm the night before. Cancellations after 6 pm the night before are subject to a $5.00 cancellation fee. Repeated cancellations may prevent you from scheduling future errands
